I have been medically boarded off work, due to loss of vision - I have submitted a claim form together with all supporting documents that was required by Channel Life (Sanlam) - This was acknowledged 21.08.2013 by Channel life, This process seems to be taking a long time to be accessed, I have made numerous phone calls to them and their response was that the claim is still being accessed. Sanlam have appointed Channel life as the insurance broker but I am the one doing all the follow up. Sanlam has now handed over this account to their legal department even though there is an insurance claim in process.
Sanlam is now calling me and passing the buck on - for me to follow up regarding the claim and stating they have nothing to do with it, even though they are ones who nominated Channel life.

I need this to be resolved immediately or I will be taking this matter further.
