SANLAM NEVER COMUNICATES WITH YOU RE: Death Claim

Sanlam was friendly enough to help one, point out which policies my deceased father owns. Upon receiving the documentation to be able to claim on the two policies the deceased owns, I kept on asking for Sanlam to provide me with a copy of the Policies since I am the beneficiary & need to know what figures we are dealing with. They kept on advising me that it is not possible AT ALL, only once the claim is being processes will they contact me, BEFORE MAKING ANY PAYMENTS & communicate detail regarding he's policies with me. This morning I wake up with R2000 - paid into my account for a Death Claim. Two Thousand odd Rand!!! Did the deceased pay R1.29 per month for 40 Years just to have a Life Policy with SANLAM that pays out Two Thousand odd Rand? I WILL NEVER KNOW - BECAUSE SANLAM REFUSES TO SHARE ANY INFO WITH YOU, EVEN WHEN YOU ASK NUMEROUS TIMES YOU ARE LEFT WITH PROMISES THAT NEVER COME TRUE!!! So are they or are they not committing? Who knows? Only they are allowed to know!! This is a warm up to prep for the Ombudsman SANLAM. It is my duty to expose your Pathetic service I have been experiencing, but to wrongfully handle & ignore continues death claims queries is unlawfull!
