I Have been an FNB customer now for five years and I am totally dissapointed in the service Im getting from FNB but worse of all the bad service from my local branch. Longer than a month ago 2013-11-18 I posted a complaint regarding my Ebucks rewards and why I have never accumulated any Ebucks in a time span of five years being an FNB customer. A representative of Ebucks did call me regarding the issue immediately and told me that my branch should have contacted me regarding a marketing setting that should have been activated to earn Ebucks which surprised me since my branch never discussed or gave me any information regarding the marketing setting. My branch manager did phone me three days after the complaint and said himself that they couldnt gather any documentation that prooved that they did tell me about the marketing setting and blamed it on bad communication between Ebucks and FNB and said he will get back to me. Three weeks after the conversation with my branch manager I tried to phone him regarding the progress the relations manager answered told her the story and said they will get back to me (its been three weeks since then). My perceived value of FNB is now NEGATIVE.
