Ebucks stopped without communication

As of last year, my business ebucks account was deactivated without my knowledge or consent. I called ebucks to confirm, they claimed that my account was flagged "NO" for marketing, and that is one of the criteria to earn ebucks.
Who authorised this change on my ebucks account? I was never contacted about this change.
Also I still receive marketing collateral from ebucks.

I'm completely appalled by this, Is this a clever way to customers out of their ebucks?
On my statement you load points and then take them away again. I would like an answer on this, and I would like ALL of the rewards I missed since October 2012
