This will be my fifth complaint regarding my E-bucks that has never accumulated because my branch never notified me about an marketing setting which should be active to earn E-bucks. According to E-bucks my branch should have notified me about it. I have tried to resolve the issue with my branch now countless of times unfortunately there is no feedback this is the worst service I have ever received from any company and my perceived value of first national bank is negative. I spoke with a manager at my branch who took 3weeks to get back to me until I left another complaint he told me they have the proof that was send to me to notify me about the marketing setting and arranged a meeting for me with the branch manager. The branch manager was 10minutes late for the meeting and I had to send for someone to call her. She discussed that E-bucks should have notified me about the marketing setting, I asked her for the proof that shows that they did communicate about the setting as the manager said and she had none she said she would look into it again and notify me a week later, it's been three weeks and I'm still waiting. I want to speak with someone at head office please?
