According to my account the last date I received eBucks was on 07/12/2012, how is this possible? I have been using this card all the time, where is my eBucks for the rest of the time up to date.
I did receive back an email indicating that my "marketing consent" was set to "NO", I have already requested twice to enable this so that I can receive eBucks again. this is now the third time I have requested this to be enabled.
This email also indicated that eBucks would again request my marketing concent to be enabled and that they would backdate my eBucks so that I could receive all my eBucks.
Upto date I have not received my backdated eBucks, why is this so Hard and why am I not getting my backdated eBucks.
SURELY THIS CANNOT BE THIS HARD TO RESOLVE!!!
