Account debited with R1760 instead of R500.00

Good afternoon

Fnb Card legal dept debited my cheque acc with R1760 without informing or consulting me. I've sent two emails on 17/12/2013 and 23/12/2013 but have received no response. Several calls to their call centre have gone unanswered. My email to them says that I cannot afford this amount and that it is ridiculous to take R1760 when my arrear amount is R500.
They cannot take advantage of the fact that this is a legal account and I want them to reverse R1000.00
