Repaired vehicle for 3months, still problems

I was in an accident with my Ford Fiesta, I am insured via Auto and General.
I sent my vehicles in on the 10th of October 2013, and only recieved it back on the 6th of December 2013.
It took numerous calls and follow up to obtain my vehilce back. I was even told my car was ready and when I went to pick it up, they told me it was not ready. I also expericenced Very poor communication, the responsibility fell on me to followup with repairs.

When I recieved my car back, my front the lights do not work properly. I have one generic light and one original ford light. The bonnet does not close properly, there is bubbles on the paint.

Shocking service. I urge everyone not to join the Telesure insurance.
