Negligence / Incompetence / Poor workmanship

Motor vehicle was send in for repairs to Cronje's Auto Body on 16/12/2012. The car then had 7000 km and is 6 months old. Repairs started 3/12/2013. On 25/1/2013 motor was not ready, On 30/1/2013 motor was still not ready. I was forced to take my car. The repairs were poorly done. Due to negligence my car had additional damage. The assessors send it back for repairs on 26/02/2013. On 1/3/2013 the car was still not repaired properly, nor was it on the 6th, 14th, 15th, 20th of March. On the 21/3/2013 the repairs on my car was assessed again. I was told my car was fixed properly this time. I collected my car on 25/03/2013 and once again found poor quality repairs and new damage due to negligence. Cronje's Auto Body considers the job done. According to them the assessor signed it off. I now have a car that has been incompetently/poorly repaired and it has additional damage due to negligence. I accept that the car will never be new again, but the incompetent and negligent workmanship is unacceptable.
