Charging for top up cover without consent

I have been with standard bank for years and really shocked at the service that I have received recently. To my surprise I received a call informing me that I am in arrears for a top up cover on my vehicle. I explained to the first advisor that I did not take out any top up cover and he said that I have been paying this for eight months. I informed him that nobody called me for top up cover and I really need a refund as standardbank has been debited my account. He said that he will get this sorted and he will call me back. Nobody called me and I had to call in yesterday. I spoke to anwaar from the customer care department and he says I'm still in arrears for the top up after explaining that I did not take up the top up cover. What. He gave me a number to call for the top up department and they confirmed I did not take up top up but I am still in arrears. Please can someone call me urgently as this affects my credit rating or else I will get my lawyers involved. Pathetic service I tell you. It seems like standardbank has a lot of clients and therefore forgets business ethic as well as customer satisfaction.
