Disappointed at how us loyal Customers get treated

Spoke to some Lady from standard bank rehabilitation department telling me about my account being on arrears, fine i do understand that i am at fault but looking at the reason why i didn't let the debit order go through is because i was double debited in November and i was expecting to be double debated in October as per my agreement with the other consultant then on December i decided to use my money as knew i was double debated in November, and another lady called me today instead of understanding why i skipped the payment and start making arrangements with me she starts getting on my case and not wanting to admit that they were at fault and she made me hold for some time and ended up dropping the call as said she needs to call her supervisor because i am refusing to make arrangements which i never refused... Now my question is who is going to pay for the phone call that she dropped? and can someone who knows how to talk to people call me so that i can make the arrangement...

I have always been a loyal Customer to you guys for more than 7 years now and i am not thinking of changing anytime soon but please dont make me reconsider you guys.
