I sadly lost my wife on 28th June 2013 in a horrific car accident. Till date I have had continoues issues with the insurance company to resolve the insurance claim, resulting in me still paying every month New National insurance as well as the motor financing house after the acc. I have had multiple engagements with a Mr. Shane Martin who is the manager dealing with the settlement, this on my own expenses and with every engagement he promised to phone back and till date has not kept one of his promises.

The accessor dealing with the investigation confirmed in Sep 2013 from his side that all outstanding things pertaining to the investigation have been concluded and that there would be no issues settling the claim by New National as the third party involved in the accident acknowledge guilt and responsibility of the accident.

Sadly my beloved wife was only 30 at the time of her death a few weeks prior to her 31st birthday and our anniversary and for me to have to deal with her lost, still difficult to accept and to deal with, Now I still need to deal with this incompetent and unprofessional behaviour and I strongly urge people not to consider taking insurance from New National In
