Refund short paid

I cancelled my first for women policy and they were meant to refund me for incorrectly billing my account and they sent me SMS of how much they would refund me and when I called them to rectify this all they did was give me wrong information and instead of being refunded all the money they debited me they short paid.if I short paid my premium, FFW would not cover me but they think that they can short pay me my money. I want my full refund irrespective of how much it is, check your records and how much was debited from my account compared to how much was paid back. I've been calling to get this mess sorted out but it seems you have employed incompetent staff that cannot do what they are supposed to do.
