WORST service and DONT like to PAY

I was in an accident on the 24 Dec 2012 and notify the insurance round about the 28th Dec about the accident. End of Jan 2013 I followed up with the insurance the progress of the car. Insurance (Affinity) told me that they need to appoint a lost adjuster to investigate the case. That alone took them more than a month to do the investigation which I had to follow-up constantly. Finally the insurance gave the approval to panel beater to fix the car. Excess fee was more than R15000. I was liable for paying a certain amount of the excess fee and a 3rd party is responsible for paying the rest (Ibiliti Excess). I phoned the 3rd party this morning and was told they will send the insurance and me an email to get all the details from insurance to finalise everything to do the payment today which they never did. I phoned the 3rd party again but got voicemail the whole day, I left a voicemail asking them to phone me back but nothing. I then phoned the Insurance (Affinity, Sales Manager) and state my case. 30 Min later, a lady from the insurance (Claims dept) phoned me back and said that she will follow-up and send them an email and include me in the email. I received nothing, still waiting..
