Never take insurance from them

You must never take insurance from this co, if you are with them I suggest you change.

My car was taken a month ago bcoz it, still no communication, when I send emails they don't acknowledge instead will call back request information I sent, their staff promises to return call and never return them, when I can I again, they told me to be patience.

To make it worse they tried to increase my excess because of a wrong type of tracker fitted on the car, a completely none of my problem because they sent a co to fit the device, I didn't fit the device.

While you still pay your premiums they are not come the time of accident and claim, I have never seen an incompetent co like this and still try to rob people by making them pay more excess for no reason.

They were quick to fetch my car now they can't fix it, Oakhurst is that type of a CO that can go bankrupt anytime, you definately don't have money to fix my car, its clear

Being involved in accident is hurting but dealing with Oakhurst is worse, I am sick and tired of their unethical business practises.

Take my word, don't take insurance from them.
