Pathetic service

Had the worst service I have ever had from this insurance company
My wife had a very minor accident and the damage to the other car was something like R1500
I lodge the claim and it took them 3 months to sort out the 3rd party.
Nearly had to pay this from my own pocket as I was so embarrassed by the service from SAU.

No matter how many times I told them I don't want to claim for my vehicle the more they phoned me to tell me that my claim will be less than what I will have to pay in.

I then decided to cancel and move to a different company at the end of July
Now for the second month in a row they have deducted the money from my account after failing to sort it out after the first payment went off
Very frustrating dealing with such an incompetent bunch of people
