In December 2012 my wife changed her savings account to a cheque account and instructed the consultant, Nadine/Nadia, to change the debit orders as well, which were internal debit orders. She said she would and we assumed all was fine until in July 2013, my wife received a call saying her credit card was in arrears. She found that the debits were not changed and she duly did this on the phone at the time. The consultant also asked whether they could transfer R1200 arrears into the RCP which would resolve the matter, to which she agreed. On the 15 July 2013 we decided to transfer an additional R1800, 00 into the RCP so as to access the greater amount which will be available. A day or two later, we tried to access it and it was not available. We then went into the Vangate Mall branch of Std Bank and saw another consultant whom we explained the story to. She went to the Nadine/Nadia person, who acknowledged the mistake on her side. She said she would correct everything. She called an 0860 number and spoke to someone who said everything would be fine and we would be able to use the rcp the next day. Wedaad Jardine, also failed to fix it. Thanx STD Bank 4 our EID with no money...
