I went to the Standard Bank Trade Route Mall on the 18 November after I received a call from the bank regarding my cheque account being in the red.
Spoke to a lady consultant about my problem.
We subsequently agreed the she will give notice on my access savings account to release a stipulated amount to cover the arrear/outstanding amount. We agreed on an amount of R800.
This will take 7 days and will be transferred to my cheque account on or around 25 November 2013.
I needed an increase on a revolving loan account and was told that the loan was declined because my credit rating has dropped to a 1.
This is terrible because the listing came about because the consultant did not ensure that my requirements were met and now I must suffer and "there is nothing that they can do sorry"
The least they should do is correct that and take responsibility for their lack of service.
