Debit my account after i arranged a payment break

I was short on cash after a few financially rough months. i phoned African Bank to arrange for a break. they told me that i dont qualify for a payment break, but i can skip a payment, and then they will debit my account the next three months extra with my normal payments. the end of the month came, they debited my account with the normal amount, AFTER i arranged to skip a payment. i phoned, they then told me it will only take effect the end of the next month. the next month came, they debited my account with the full amount, and the extra amount im supposed to pay off in three months AFTER i had a skip payment. i phoned them, they told me that i am not allowed to have a skip payment in the month of November. NOBODY told me this. and i made arrangments before november! a bunch of working there.
