Handed over for paying account

Once again iam plaqued.by Nedbanks poor service. I have an outstanding balance in my personal loan which iam paying diligently every month! But Nedbank goes and hands me over to another company because they not happy with me making payments they want a debit order, this is after speaking to several consultants in the collections stating I will be making monthly payments. I get no call from the bank to ask me why iam making transfers instead of a debit order.the last time they were running a debit at anytime. This is ther first time I hear of an institution handing you over for paying your account? Once again I cannot wait to be done with nedbank their service is gone worse!
