Not making payments to Creditors - Constant issues

I am dissapointed and appauled at the level of service offered to me by this company. I received an SMS from an attorney firm indicating that my credit card account needs an arrangement, which totally baffles me seeing that:
1.) The said account is accepted under debt review as per the Draft/Court dated 28/08/2013 by Nedbank, stating my Credit Card being accepted but my Nedbank Personal loan was not, for which after consultation with Arnel Wehmeier from Debt Rescue this Personal Loan was removed from the process and I had to subsiquently make arrangements with the said Credit Provider.

2.) My monthly debit order was re-adjusted by means of removing the Nedbank Personal Loan -which was finalised by Arnel.

3.) I have not had any skipped payments as advised by Sibusiso for the months of February 2013 and June 2013-As debit orders have been going off my account successfully since October 2012 with an issue with the November 2012 debit which was rectified by Lerien Bester.

4.) My bank statements clearly show the debit being successful and have been emailed to Sibusiso.

5.) All my PDA statements show that Nedbank Credit Card has received my agreed payments.
