False Advert

Unhappy with their false advertising, texed the word metro as per their radio advert. Received a call with a quote and the guy hanged up just when I enquire about their promotion where they promise to pay you R400 if they don't match or lower your current insurance premiums. Their premiums are sky high just over double what I'm currently paying. Today I decided to text them again; was told everything is the same as last week and unfortunately won't qualify for their R400.00 promotion since I've been quoted before (last week). Am told I should have asked for it yet the called was cut off by their sales person?
