Advert seems to be a rip off

So i heard the advert on radio where outsurance will pay you 400 rand if they can not beat or match your current premiums. called in and got a quote. it was much higher than what i am currently paying. told the consultant that you are not able to beat my current premiums and therefore owe me 400 rands. the consultant then told me she would have to speak to a manager and get back to me. that was almost a month ago and never heard back.

so much for beating my quote let alone paying me the R400 they promised. but hey who cares it is just adverts!!
