False advertising, no lower premiums and no R400 cash payout

I recently contacted Outsurance following the adverts on TV as well as radio with the hope that they would give me better and lower premiums than what I currently pay. This effort was all in vain when my premiums where quoted at more than R400 of what I am currently paying and to make matters worse I still haven't received or been contacted back regarding the R400 pay out that outsurance promises should they not match or better your claim! They!
