R400.00 promotion false advertising

I contacted outsurance last week monday the 15.07.2013 to do a quote they were unable to beat my current premium with indwe risk services and as there advert states they are required to pay me R400.00 its been 8days and im still not able to get assistance from Lizelle Groenwald with regards to the promotion they keep sending me invalid links or giving me stories a big thank you though to Cedric from the client care department for trying to assist me with the query but it still has not been sorted out
