FALSE ADVERTISING

I am very disappointed at outsurance as i saw them a good company but i didn't know they were into false advertising. We responded to their ad on tv about giving R400 if they could beat you current car insurance so we sms'd they called us but they couldn't beat our current car insurance as soon as we mentioned the R400 they hang up on us been trying to call outsurance & we are told the person dealing with this promotion is Liezel Groenewald but getting hold of her is a mission & she does not return messages left for her by the call centre agents. So now they are doing the songs & dance instead of just paying up teh R400 they owe us
