I requested on the 8th January for the isurance policy to be cancelled due to my current insurance still sorting out my claim therefore i could not change insurers right now. Usually i get feedback within 2 days but i got nothing. This week someone finally acknolweges my request and says a group specialist will phone me. Someone tried to phone me ONCE but i was in a meeting and unable to answer. Now i have been debited for admin fee and monthly premium. I already have an insurance and was bullied into taking this policy. I would like my money back and the policy cancelled.
