Cancellation of Insurance Policy

I sent an email on 14 August requesting the cancellation of an insurance policy and debit order.

Received email from Renaldo Johnson on 15 August stating that my request was handed over to the group specialist team.

I have not yet received any confirmation from this group specialist team confirming that my policy and debit order was indeed cancelled as per my request.

How much longer do I have to wait to receive confirmation please?!
