Cancellation of insurance

I submitted an online request to have my insurance policy cancelled on 23/07/13 after notification of premium increment. to date no one from mi way has called me back, this morning I noticed that my account had been debited, I am not happy about this and would like to request that the amount be refunded as I have clearly communicated my intention to have this policy cancelled.
