Impressed on how she dealt with my accident claim

I was involved in a car accident on Mon, 04 Mar 13. It was a terrible eccident as 3 cars were involved & people were taken to hospital due to injuries. I submitted my claim to claims Dept.

On Wed, 06 Mar I received an SMS stating that my claim was reallocated to Tshepo Campbell. Immediately after the SMS I received a call from Tshepo stating that she will be handling my claim. She asked me some questions wrt to my claim. From the questions she asked I could tell that she has already done her research from my previous car insurance & has already spoken to the other 2 drivers of the other cars. I was surprised when she asked me about my son because I never mentioned it to her before that I was travelling with my 17 mnths old baby boy during the accident.

On Thurs, 07 Mar she called to confirm that the damage report on my car came in & explained the process that will be followed until my claim is finalised. She asked me to send more info about the accident & I emailed her on receipt of each of my e-mails she will acknowledge receipt by saying thank you.

In the afternoon she called me to tell me that my claim has been authorised. She advised me to contact her for further queries.
