Took 4 days to get through to log claim. Took another week for the Assessors to pick up my claim number and when contacting Insurance Company to follow up they just say the claim has been sent through.
Eventually the damage has been assessed and it has now been another two weeks with no answer at the call centre. A whole month has gone by.
16 calls MADE FROM ME TO THE INSURANCE 2 HOURS AND 25 MINUTES SPENT ON THE PHONE AND I STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON. I JUST WANT FEEDBACK PLEASE. THAT IS ALL
