LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I would like to let everyone know the lack of customer service Regent Insurance has!!!

I was driven into by a company driver on the 17th October 2012.
The company was absolutely fabulous in helping with all sorts of details and were very apologetic!

I was referred to their insurance as not to loose my no claim bonus on my insurance.

It is 29 January 2013 and i still have gotten nowhere with this claim!!!

I have dealt with people from IUM, Regent Insurance as well as AAA Driving School (Assessors)

Nobody bothers to phone me to tell me whats going on, where my claim is and when i will get my car fixed!!!

I have never had such a frustrating experience in MY LIFE!!! And i shudder to think what Regent Customers need to go through to have their cars fixed!!!

It took more than a month for ME to follow up with my claim without anybody contacting me!!
Two weeks ago I EVENTUALLY got my car to assessors and was told it would take two days for someone to contact me!!!

Today, (29 Jaunary) I HAD TO PICK UP THE PHONE TO FIND OUT WHAT ON EARTH IS HAPPENING!!! And when i got through to Kgomotso at Regent I still have nothing!!!

SICK TO DEATH OF BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
