Discovery Life
Please HELP

I would just like to get a certificate from Life that shows that the policy that pays for my medical aid after my dad passed away is still active and until when? i called the life call centre and was passed back and forth from the general enquiries call centre to the claims call centre speaking to 4 different agent, ebrahim, diva, lizelle - cant remember the fourth agents name. none were able to assist or even locate any policy, rather telling me that my pilicy was cancelled in 2011, this after they have been paying the premiums into my bank account every month for the last 8/9 years. i'm not surprised the service is shocking, after recently having to deal with the discovery insure call centre, for a quote and 9 months later still waiting for the qoute.
my last interaction a few years back with life also didnt go well and eventually had to escalated to lorraine dos santos team, clearly nothing has changed at discovery life since then
