I enquired at Clientele life about policies. The guy i spoke to was friendly, but clearly had incorrect information. I originally wanted just a quote and he totally avoided the request and told me i should just take the policies. I said that i would give him my details & that i would check the policy and make sure that it covered the things that i feel are necessary. I made sure that if i wasn't happy that i could cancel immediately. He told me that i could cancel as long as it was before the debit order went off. I received the policy on the 1st of October & cancelled via email on the 4th of October. I got no reply & i forwarded my original mail with a new mail on the 30th of October questioning the progress of my request. The 31st of October I called to question my cancellation. I was told that i should rather have called to do the cancellation, but he could help me with the cancellation over the phone. He told me that he could not stop the debit order but that the cancellation has been processed. I find it terribly unprofessional for a company to not have the same information throughout all departments. I am very unhappy that I have to do a refund that takes 7-10 working days
