Refuse to stop debit order on a cancelled contract

I cancelled my contract at the end September 2012. They continuously deducted debit orders claiming they never received cancellation. after numerous complaints telephonically, a call centre representative sent me a mail to provide them proof of cancellation this has been done early Jan 13 however I am still having debit orders going off. I did a stop debit order and they then proceeded to increase the amount with R6.00

I have complained and requested continuously since last year to have these funds returned and that they should stop debiting my account as I cancelled and have sent proof that I kept my side of the contract. They claimed my proof was illegal as the one document showed the sender is the same as the recipient and even though it was explained that that was the original signed letter scanned to myself in order to send to them they have never bothered to apologise, rectify or even phone to discuss this matter in order to have it resolved.

I have once again sent a mail today to which no one has bothered to respond, and thus I will log this with the consumer council.
