Can someone explain to me why i have not recieved my statements for my vehicle payment monthly?
I cannot believe that i pay a R57 rand a month service fee and do not recieve my statements!
I am very dissatisfied with this incompentency from MFC. I want a solid answer or i am reporting the matter to consumer protection. I am paying you guys on time and i expect to get service 100%. I will be waiting for a solid response. Thank you.
