For nearly two years now you have continued to contact me on my cell phone, a number which used to belong to a customer of yours, and over this nearly two year period I have repeatedly had to tell every single agent that harasses me that this number no longer belongs to the person you are looking for, each time I get promised the number will be removed, I have instructed that this number to be added to a "do not call" list, I have threatened to report you to the CPA and for two years you have made it clear that you do not give a.

You are now phoning me while I am on holiday still looking for the previous account holder, I am tired of being phoned continuously even in the evenings and begging the agents to leave me alone just to be called again.

If you make one more call or send one more SMS to this number I will cancel all my accounts, my investments and my vehicle finance with you immediately, I have begged and pleaded enough and I just want your call centres to leave me alone.

What would you do if any other company did this to you for two years?!
