Sufficient Hired a car from Avis on the 29th November 2013 on the day used my debit card and an amount of R1850.00 was reserved for Avis rent a car upon my return I was told that I had traveled extra KMs so I had to pay an extra R720.67 which was reserved for payment on the 17 December 2013 but today on the 24 December 2013 I received another notification that R2563.89 had been paid from my account which make my account negative I have debit orders that will run from that account. Who will have to pay for the failed transactions the funds should have been released long ago. Surely the should be a system in place. As much as I thought FNB is the most technological Bank I know I a deeply saddened by this. The Premium Banking seems pointless if they do not have access to resolve these kind of issues promptly, and my debit order wont wait 5 days for you to complete investigation when you could just release the funds in time.
