State of the Art Tech CANNOT Replace Service!!!

Must say that I was initially impressed by the new branch, Tech and service. This however quickly disapated...

After receiving my queue number (E45) to collect a card and sitting down in the waiting area, we picked up on how it works and patiently waited our turn. It quickly became apparent though that the transactional clients were being served before the enquiry clients. In the almost 45 minutes that we waited, they served more than 20 T clients and only 2 E clients, the last of which was E34... One of the attendants did ask our number, but just raised an eyebrow and walked away.

Needless to say, this was more than enough to convince me to leave the branch and finally join Steve and move my business to a better bank.
