I went into the branch after been called numerous times to go into a Standard Bank to find about changing my account from FNB to Standard bank. I put my name down on a list with a young gent to see a consultant about moving my account over. I waited for almost 50 minutes and seen other clients going into and out, seen the consultants after I arrived and put my name down. Eventually I went and asked the reception desk when would I see a consultant and why other clients where seen the consultants after me... The lady behind the counter told me that they called a Richard but no Pritchard and my name wasn't on the list... She said they thought she would ask to see if a consultant was free... waited another 10 mins... eventually I decided to leave as I was so irritated of waiting and that the young gent was in such a hurry and cannot listen or spell a clients surname... Not a good start. Not impressed
