I went through to Nedbank Maponya Mall to go replace my card, i got there at 08h55 only to be served at 09h55 there were these long ques at their enquiries department, with no one putting through an apology for the slow service, finally i got to be assisted by a Mr Vincent Mdawo who went through my account and adviced that i needed to make a deposit into my account before they reissued another card, as he completed a deposit slip he instructed me to go join the other ques in the cashiers side, as i informed him that i have been in the bank for close to an hour he said there is nothing that he can do, whereas as i was standing in the ques the other consultants were taking clients from enquiries to cashiers and back to them until they finalized their queries, why was it so difficult for him to do the same, as i requested to speak to the branch manager he pointed me to another guy sitting next to him by the name of Ben (didnt want to give me his surname) i left the branch without any service and didnt even obtain my card, i am disappointed at the service i received from there and i have been a loyal client of that bank.
