My complaint is the lack of service and most importantly care.
My claim was quickly logged after my accident but since then I have had to make several calls costing me a significant amount just to get feedback.only after escalating to a team leader who was not the friendliest did my claim get approved.i was then told about a repair consultant who I did not hear from since the first day.
My concern has always been the fact that I had a rental for a limited time and with every call expressed this.at no point did anyone really bother to try and assist to get things speeded up.it is only in the last 24hours that there seems to be some movement but through no coincidence as today I had to return the rental,
The December period was sited as a reason, lack of parts, etc. but why should I accept that? If that is the case then maybe I should be paying a lower premium for this period? at the end of it I am no closer to knowing when I can expect my car, I am left with no transport unless I cough up 300 per day for an unknown period.
I have escalated in writing to a manager but I have not had the courtesy of a response either.i don't expect them to be a charity organization but just TRY.
