I had a vehicle accident on 22 November 2013, received a courtesy car on 25 November. From the day I registered the claim, I gave the consultant all historical insurance details, which I believe they should have verified when I took out insurance with them years ago. The consultant couldn't verify any of these info. Only after I had to contact the previous company myself, of which I already gave the consultant the info, and supplied her with the info again, the claim was approved.By this time, the 30 day period of the courtesy car was over and am I stuck without a car since Christmas day 2013. According to them they are still waiting on parts and will my car be repaired in 2014, leaving me without transport. I believe that if she followed up on the info I gave her in the first place, this matter would've been resolved by now. This I regard as VERY POOR SERVICE, leaving their client in a very uncomfortable predicament. Definitely NOT how insurance should be!!!
