On the 11th of November 2013 I had a car accident due to my car being out of alignment following the car accident I had in September 2013. I had informed the then panelbeaters on the alignment problem and also informed the insurance via electronic messaging that I was not satisfied with repairs done on my car. On the 12th/13th November 2013 my car was towed to Kallies Panelbeaters in Rustenburg and then taken to Renew It in Sandton. I had taken the curtesy car from Europe Car on the 15th of November 2013. On the 23rd of December Europe Car called me to return their car. I called the insurance to assist me with getting the curtesy car period extended. They referred me to the panelbeaters since the contractual 38days were used up. Renew It told me that they had not yet received authorisation for fixing my car from my insurance and can't assist me since they are closed for festive. I was forced to pay up rental car for myself for 10days. My car is not yet fixed and I am now stranded with no form of transport. I had to pay R2000 for the rental car.
