I have ordered a Smartphone S4 Mini cell phone with FNB I received the prepaid phone on the 03.12.2013 and a day after I tried to get this phone insurance. I called FNB the first was on hold for 20minutes eventually I hung up as I was tired of listening to the silly music. I than decided to call the following day on the 05.12.2013 a lady answered cant remember her name where she advised me that someone will call me back. Today is the 20.12.2013 yet no call from FNB to get this phone insured and assist me with some query I have for this phone. I don't know is this the service one get from one of the best banks in South Africa. The slogan "how can we help" in my opinion should be changed to "till we decide help you".
