Fnb Call Centre Service is Pathetic

Ordered a smart phone with fnb, consultant captured the wrong description of the phone called the call centre this morning to correct the error and i was informed that the consultant who captured it will contact me back its been 5hrs already and i havent received a callback, called the call centre back and was put on hold by another consultant for 15min... called again and requested to speak to someone superior who didnt care less to come to the phone instead asked the consultant what my query?? and yet no-one at the call centre can merely change the order... what happend to they slogan how can we help you??? cos clearly they not living their company values im highly disappointed and NOW sceptical of taking out a contract device with a company that cant assist with a minor query...
