I ordered a phone through Cell C In May, when i received the phone it was a LG phone and i ddint like it they came to collect the phone and sent another LG after me saying I dont want a LG phone. Eventually the second phone was collected beginning June. When i called about the second phone i advised the consultant that I want to cancel the contract and till today nothing has happened yet Cell C has no problem deducting the money from my account every month even though they have the both phones and the sim card. So with them taking m, y money I have received nothing in return but only has a huge loss because besides the money being deducted every month I have had to call numerous times of the months trying to sort this out with no concrete answer what so ever. After all my airtime wasted i have no answers all Cell C STAFF CAN DO IS PUT YOU ON HOLD, TRANSFER YOUR CALL AND WORSE OF ALL IGNORE YOU AND DROP THE CALL IN YOUR HEAR. I have given Cell C till 13:00 today to give me solutions and not more problems or cost me more money till I will take this too my lawyers. Cell C service is pathetic and now i know why I never trusted them in the first place. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC
