Paying mobile pricing fees with no smartphone!!!

28th Jan 2013, I ordered a smartphone from FNB. When the courier delivered, I did not accept the device as it was the incorrect phone. I subsequently cancelled the contract with FNB - 4th Feb 2013. On the 6th May 2013, I again ordered a device, and was approved for it. I found out however, that I was still being charged mobile pricing fees, since Feb 2013, without a smartphone. I requested, through the SALES call centre, that an urgent request for a refund on all mobile pricing fees between Feb and May be put through on my account. At the same time, I was told to wait for max 20 working days before a Samsung Galaxy S4 would be delivered - my new order of 6th May 2013. Its almost 2 full months since I ordered the phone, I have no contact from FNB, I am being charged mobile pricing fees for 5 months, I have no smartphone, not even a phone call regarding delivery of the device, I have spoken to 4 FNB employees since May 6th with really no positive feedback. I feel like moving from FNB. I probably should.
