Eversal refused

I have had 4 debit order taken off my salary yesterday for a arrears account, they happily debited the whole outstanding amount on my account. after going into capitec banks, not one but a few to ask for a reversal they refused the reversal unless there is proof from the company.
the company will not give me a letter to have the funds reversed, what am i to do now, its nearly R3000 taken off my account. i find it unacceptable that it is OUR account but money gets taken off as they want and now we may not reverse our own hard earn money!
i will be closing my account and moving over to a better bank cause all i have is hassles with capitec, terrible service, never money in their atms!
