Standard Bank
Refuses service to a prviate banker!!!

I printed my own statement and sent someone to get a bank stamp on my behalf and this Linda Mtshali when i had him over the phoen refused confirming my details and verifying if I was the correct client and he told me that I must walk into the branch, excuse me that is why I am called a prestige/private banker so I do not fall in queues to get a bank statement! I am utterly dissatisfied with this guy's service and need standard bank to rectify this ASAP
